Work Schedule: 5-Day Work Week (Rotational Shift, Mon – Sun)

Key Responsibilities

Handle B2B air cargo operations and provide professional customer service.

Manage cargo shipments using airline operational systems.

Coordinate with internal teams and global clients to ensure smooth freight delivery.
Requirements

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Air Cargo B2B operations / Customer Service. (Fresh Graduates with Air Cargo internship experience are highly welcome!)

Language: Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory.

Skills: Experience with Airline Systems or Cargo Operational Systems is a strong advantage.
