Customer Service Officer – Bank Call Centre (Permanent Role)
We are currently hiring Customer Service Officers for a reputable bank. This is a permanent position with no sales target, focusing on delivering high-quality customer support.
Location:
- Hong Kong Office
Salary & Benefits:
- HKD 16,000 – 23,000 per month
- Performance bonus available
- Additional shift allowances provided
Working Hours:
- Monday to Saturday (5-day work week)
- Shift schedule:
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls for general banking enquiries
- Manage customer complaints for both corporate and individual clients
- Refer customers to relevant departments (e.g. branch or sales team) when necessary
Requirements:
- Experience in banking roles such as Teller or Digital Ambassador is an advantage
- Familiarity with banking products is preferred
- Candidates with call centre experience (e.g. HKT, PCCW or similar) are welcome
- Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
