薪酬：HK$16,000 – HK$19,000 x 12 + Bonus + Incentive

工作職責
- 處理客戶查詢及跟進申請進度
- 為客戶提供產品及服務資訊
- 協助處理貸款申請及相關文件
- 與內部部門協調，確保服務流程順暢
- 提供專業及優質客戶服務
入職要求
- 具財務公司客戶服務、貸款處理（Loan Processing）或相關經驗者優先
- 曾接觸私人貸款（Personal Loan）、信用卡貸款（Card Loan）等產品更佳
- 歡迎電訊公司客戶服務、門市銷售、零售服務或其他對客服務經驗人士申請
- 願意透過電話與客戶溝通及跟進查詢
- 良好溝通技巧及服務態度
- 操流利廣東話
