Customer Services (Contact Centre – General Banking)

Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer service by handling enquiries, instructions, and after-sales support efficiently
  • Resolve customer complaints in a professional and effective manner
  • Achieve service standards and performance targets set by management
  • Identify business opportunities and refer leads to branches or relevant sales teams
  • Process customer applications, transactions, and instructions accurately
  • Collaborate with branches and internal departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Provide on-the-job training and support to new team members
  • Perform daily clerical duties, reconciliation, and reporting tasks
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • Secondary education or above, with minimum 1 year of relevant customer service experience (banking preferred)
  • Experience in digital banking services and/or SME client servicing is an advantage
  • Possession of insurance and/or investment licenses is preferred
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Fluent Putonghua is highly preferred
