About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst (BI) to join the IT department of a well-established educational institution in Kwun Tong. You will be part of a large, structured IT team known for its stability and collaborative culture. This role is ideal for a data professional who enjoys transforming raw information into actionable insights to drive institutional excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL processes to ensure data integrity and accessibility.

• Develop interactive dashboards and analytical reports using Qlik (Sense/View) or other leading BI platforms.

• Manage and optimize complex queries and data structures within SQL Server.

• Work closely with different departments to understand business needs and translate them into technical data solutions.

• Identify trends and patterns that support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Technical Skills:

  • Proven experience in ETL processing and data warehousing.

  • Proficiency in SQL Server (T-SQL, stored procedures, etc.).

  • Hands-on experience with Qlik is highly preferred (experience with Tableau or Power BI will also be considered).

• Experience: Solid track record in data analysis. Candidates with experience in IT Consultancies or Solution Vendors are encouraged to apply.
