Location: Tsuen Wan (Grade-A Office)

Salary: HK$50,000 – $55,000 per month + Double Pay & Bonus

The Opportunity

You will lead the design and evolution of our data ecosystem, bridging the gap between high-level data strategy and infrastructure execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Architecture Design: Design and implement robust data architectures and Medallion layers (Bronze/Silver/Gold) to ensure data quality and accessibility.

• Bridge Data & Infra: Collaborate with infrastructure teams, including conducting Terraform reviews to ensure scalable cloud deployments.

• Automation & DevOps: Lead the development of CI/CD pipelines, manage Kubernetes (K8s) environments, and implement self-healing system protocols.

• Cloud Leadership: Act as the technical subject matter expert for Azure Databricks and Synapse environments.

Requirements

• Experience: 7+ years of experience in Data Engineering and Data Architecture.

• Technical Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with Azure Databricks or Synapse Analytics.

• DevOps Skills: Proficient in CI/CD, Kubernetes (K8s), and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Leadership: Proven ability to act as a Technical Lead, providing guidance on complex architectural decisions.
