Duties

• Debt Collection:

  • Manage and oversee the collection process for overdue commercial loans.
  • Develop and implement strategies for effective debt recovery.

• Account Monitoring:

  • Review and monitor loan accounts to identify potential risks and defaults.
  • Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and customer interactions.

• Analysis and Reporting:

  • Analyze financial statements and credit reports to assess borrower risk.
  • Prepare regular reports on collection performance and account status for management.

• Collaboration:

  • Work with other departments, such as legal and compliance, to ensure adherence to regulations and policies.
  • Collaborate with external collection agencies when necessary.

• Loan Restructuring:

  • Assess and recommend options for loan restructuring or modification when appropriate.
  • Facilitate discussions between borrowers and management regarding loan adjustments.

Requirements:

• Degree holder with banking experience /big 4 auditors experience!
