Description
Responsibilities
- Assist the CEO with day-to-day coordination and administrative support.
- Use AI tools to streamline workflows (e.g., automate routine tasks, improve efficiency).
- Assist with communication, research, and preparation of materials using AI-driven productivity.
- Support business-related ad-hoc tasks and continuous process optimization.
Requirements (MUST)
- Strong interest and capability in AI automation; coding skills are preferred.
- Degree holder (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Fluent English preferred; degree background not limited.
- Business sense, proactive mindset, and ability to learn quickly.
Bonus / Nice to have
- Experience or familiarity with AI tools, prompts/workflow automation, and productivity systems.
