What You Will Do

• Identify, source, and map out top talent across various industries (e.g., Finance, Tech, Retail, Professional Services, or Corporate Functions).

• Reach out to and interview high-caliber professionals, understanding their career aspirations and pitching exciting leadership opportunities.

• Work closely with senior consultants to understand client hiring needs, prepare talent presentation reports, and coordinate interview schedules.

• Manage the complete search process from initial sourcing and briefing to offer negotiation and successful placement.

Skills & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree holder in any discipline (fresh graduates or those with up to 1–2 years of sales/customer-facing experience are welcome).

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You must be fluent and confident in either Cantonese or English.

• A strong competitive streak, high energy, resilience, and a "can-do" attitude. 

• Interest in business, current market trends, and how different companies operate.

• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and target-driven environment.
