Job Description
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant on our Legal Desk, you will run a full 360° commercial recruitment desk:

Executive Headhunting: Identify and engage qualified lawyers, associates, and legal counsels using LinkedIn Recruiter, global databases, and direct networking.

Candidate Advisory & Interviewing: Conduct structured interviews, evaluate language/technical fit, and advise lawyers on career moves, market trends, and salary benchmarks.

Client Engagement & Business Development: Pitch search solutions to Partners, HR Directors, and General Counsels in top tier law firms and financial institutions.

Deal Negotiation: Manage the complete placement process, including interview preparation, offer management, and compensation package negotiation.
Who We Are Looking For

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B / JD), Business, Marketing, Communications, Social Sciences, or related disciplines.

Language Capabilities: Native/fluent English and Cantonese are required. Excellent communication skills with the confidence to build rapport with high-earning legal professionals.
