Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients

• Proactively source and headhunt candidates through various recruitment channels

• Manage clients’ and candidates’ expectations, providing professional recruitment and career advice throughout the hiring process

• Stay updated on recruitment market trends and industry developments to support effective hiring strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (e.g. HRM, Finance, Marketing, Business, etc.)
• Energetic, self-motivated, and interested in a sales-driven environment

• Persistent, resilient, and not afraid of rejection or challenges

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
