HR Assistant (Recruitment Team)

Description

Responsibilities

  • Establish recruiting requirements by understanding client organizations' plans and objectives
  • Offering advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training and career progression
  • Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalizing arrangements between clients and candidates
  • Work towards achieving weekly & monthly KPIs that may relate to the number of candidates placed, billings to clients and business leads generated
  • Manage a robust applicant database and follow business pipeline best practices

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Proactive, outgoing, have good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese
  • A strong team player who is self-motivated, energetic and ambitious
  • Able to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
