Job Description:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their unique needs and requirements
- Carry out candidate searches and guide them through the job application process
- Perform full lifecycle of talent acquisition process including sourcing, networking, qualifying, salary negotiation, interviewing and on-boarding
- Provide post-placement follow-up and coordination, ensuring both client and candidate satisfaction
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline is a MUST
- Any experience in campus club, student societies, event organization or client-fading role
- Any exposure to recruitment / sales / marketing through internships or part-time role
- Positive attitude with passion in helping people and understanding their career goals
