Responsibilities

• Assist consultants in sourcing and screening candidates.
• Post job advertisements on recruitment platforms and social media.
• Conduct candidate outreach and interview scheduling.
• Maintain and update candidate databases.

Requirements

• Undergraduate student in any discipline (prefer Yr 3 or above) 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Interest in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition.

• Good to have participation in extracurricular activities, sports teams, student societies, or leadership roles.
