Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in HR management, with a preference for background in the education sector.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with HR-related laws and regulations.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
