We're looking for a proactive, energetic, and sales-minded Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Build and develop new client relationships through cold outreach and business development activities.
- Understand clients' hiring needs and provide recruitment solutions to clients.
- Source, screen, and match candidates with suitable opportunities.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement.
- Maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
Requirements
- Fresh graduates or candidates with less than 3 years working experience are welcome
- Outgoing, confident, and proactive personality.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Sales-driven with a willingness to engage in cold calling and client acquisition.
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Yr 4 student can start as an intern first
