Description
職位：服務中心客戶顧問（Insurance）— 保險從業員轉行首選
薪資：HK$19,000–23,000／月
地點：九龍（服務中心）
上班時間：週一至週五 09:00–17:50（週末及公眾假期休息）
工作性質：全職、現場上班
職務概要
- 接待預約到中心了解壽險產品的客戶，提供面對面諮詢
- 解釋保單內容、申請流程及所需文件
- 提供專業客服支援（不需主動致電招攬客戶）
應徵條件
- 必須持有 IIQE Paper 1 & 3（不得以補考待定替代）
- 有 3 年或以上穩定保險業務或對客經驗者優先
- 持有高級文憑或學位者優先；中學畢業亦可考慮
- 應屆畢業生若曾兼職擔任代理亦歡迎
- 良好溝通及應對能力，具服務熱誠

- 穩定薪酬 19K–23K（實際約 22K）
- 準時下班、週末及公眾假期休息
