Investment Services Officer (Retail Banking)

Location: Hong Kong
Salary: HKD 23,000 – 25,000 + incentives + bonus

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to join the Investment Services Support Team within Retail Banking. This is a non-sales role focused on client servicing and transaction execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute investment transactions via phone for various products
• Handle outbound calls, client follow-ups, and hotline support
• Support sales programs and ensure smooth client service delivery

Requirements:

• Holder of HKSI Papers 1, 7, and 8
• Good knowledge of investment products including equities (ELI), unit trusts, bonds, structured products, and currency switching
• Experience as Assistant Relationship Manager or sales support in securities firms is preferred
• Strong communication and client servicing skills
