The Opportunity

Are you an investment professional looking for a stable, support-oriented role within a major bank? We are seeking an Investment Services Officer to join our Investment Support Team. Unlike traditional sales roles, this position focuses on transaction execution and sales program support, making it an ideal move for Assistant RMs or Securities Sales Support professionals seeking a more structured environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Transaction Execution: Handle and execute investment orders via phone for a wide range of products including Equities (ELI), Unit Trusts (UT), Bonds, CLPGD, and Currency Switching.

• Support & Follow-up: Manage outbound calls to support bank sales programs and handle hotline enquiries.

• Compliance: Ensure all investment transactions are executed accurately and in full compliance with regulatory requirements (HKMA/SFC).

• Collaboration: Work closely with frontline sales teams to ensure a seamless investment journey for clients.

Requirements

• Licensing: Must hold valid HKSI Paper 1, 7, & 8 (Mandatory).

• Product Knowledge: Solid understanding of "Big I" products (Equity-linked instruments, Mutual Funds, Fixed Income, etc.).

• Experience:

  • Previous experience as an Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM) or in Sales Support within a bank or securities firm.

  • Proven track record in handling investment operations or phone-based execution.

• Skills: Detail-oriented with strong communication skills and a stable work attitude.
