Marketing Executive (CRM)

(Focus on Loyalty Programme + Customer-Focused Events & Activities)

Company: Medical / Healthcare / Supplement Company

Location: Kwun Tong Office

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm

Salary: HKD 28,000 – 33,000 per month (12 months) + Bonus

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage loyalty programme for customers
• Plan and execute customer-focused events, activities, booths, and promotions
• Handle CRM initiatives to engage and retain customers
• Coordinate marketing activities with a strong focus on customer experience

Requirements:

• High Diploma or above
• 2+ years hands-on experience in organizing events / booths / customer activities
• MUST have relevant background in medical, healthcare, supplement, or pharmaceutical company (同行經驗優先)
• Permanent role with full benefits including medical insurance + 14 days annual leave
