Position: Marketing Outreach / Event Assistant Manager (Insurance Company)
Salary: HK$30,000–34,000/month (depending on experience)
Location: Kwun Tong — Office (Mon–Fri, 09:00–18:00)
Employment: Full‑time, on‑site

Role overview

• Lead outreach and promotional activities to raise awareness of the company’s insurance products.
• Deliver public talks and product presentations to corporate and community audiences.
• Coordinate partnerships with external organizations, manage event booths and handle related procurement and logistics.
• Support corporate communications and marketing campaigns.

Requirements

• Must hold Insurance IIQE Paper 1 & 3 licenses (required).
• Proven experience in corporate communications, public speaking, event outreach or marketing (not suitable for current agents/sales-only roles).
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills; comfortable speaking to groups and liaising with partners.
• Good project coordination and vendor-management abilities.
• Degree or relevant qualification preferred.
