Location 工作地點: Kwai Fong (葵芳 — 地鐵站直達，交通極便利)

Salary 薪酬待遇: HK$15,000 / month + Guaranteed Double Pay (有雙糧) + Overtime Allowance (加班津貼/有補水)

Work Schedule 工作時間: 5 Days work per week (五天工作，星期一至五 09:00 – 18:00)

Key Responsibilities 主要職責

• Documentation & Operations 文件處理: Independently handle full sets of ocean freight import and export documents, including Bill of Lading (B/L), Manifest, and customs declarations (獨立處理全套海運進出口文件).

• Booking Coordination 訂艙聯繫: Coordinate with shipping lines, co-loaders, overseas agents, and Mainland suppliers to arrange FCL (Full Container Load) and LCL (Less than Container Load) bookings.

• Client & Vendor Management 客戶服務: Maintain close communication with corporate clients, provide timely cargo status updates, and resolve shipping discrepancies or emergencies.

• Billing & Invoicing 賬目核對: Verify carrier invoices, arrange freight billing adjustments, and issue invoices to clients accurately.

Critical Requirements 職位要求

• Experience 資歷要求: Minimum 3 to 5 years of solid ocean freight operations experience within a Freight Forwarder (貨運代理公司) background is a must.

• Industry Knowledge 專業知識: Proficient in shipping operation workflows, maritime regulations, and international trade terms (Incoterms).

• Education 學歷背景: Diploma or above in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.

• Attributes 團隊特質: Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of working independently under tight shipping schedules.
