Position: Internship / Graduate Recruitment Consultant
Company: Recruit Express (Singapore Listed Firm)
Location: Harbour City, Tsim Sha Tsui (Grade A Office) 

Compensation & Working Hours

• 3–6 Months Internship: $65/Hour + monthly special bonus. Minimum 2 days per week (Monday to Friday). Potential for a return offer.
• Full-Time Graduate Offer: HK$16,000 – $18,000 basic salary + HK$20,000 – $40,000+ performance incentive for the first 2 years (uncapped earnings). [1, 2, 3]

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for clients in the Banking and Financial Services sector.
• Execute candidate sourcing, screening, job postings, and contract negotiation to fulfill placement needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (open to fresh graduates and final-year students).
• Strong communication skills, target-driven mindset, and a proactive attitude.
