地點：香港區 Office 薪酬：$16,000 - $23,000 + 獎金 時間：每週 5 天 (輪休 Mon-Sat)，8小時工作 (9-6 / 10-7 / 11-8 / 1-10，晚班有額外津貼)
【工作內容】 ・接聽客戶查詢 (Inbound Calls) ・處理個人及商業客戶投訴 ・轉介個案至分行或銷售部門
【職位要求】 ・歡迎 Teller / Digital Ambassador 熟銀行產品者 ・歡迎任何 Call Centre 經驗 (如 HKT/PCCW) 轉行 ・無須跑數，著重服務質素
