Product Management Manager (Investment Products | Equity)

Salary: HK$40,000 – $50,000 + Bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire product line lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical market execution.

• Product Development: Drive new product development and optimize existing products (Equity, Investment Funds, Structured Products) to increase profitability.

• Market Strategy: Conduct market research, analyze competitor trends, and initiate effective marketing strategies.

• Compliance & Workflow: Ensure all products align with up-to-date compliance requirements and participate in end-to-end workflow design, including UAT system testing.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 4–5 years of product management experience within the banking sector (必須具 4-5 年或以上銀行產品管理經驗).

• Product Knowledge: Solid knowledge of Equity (股票), Investment Funds (基金), or Structured Products (結構性產品).

• Technical Focus: Proven track record in handling UAT systems and system enhancements for product lines.

• Regulatory Mindset: Familiar with the latest banking compliance and regulatory guidelines in Hong Kong.
