Business Development & Client Management

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Understand clients' hiring needs and provide recruitment and talent advisory solutions.
• Conduct market research and business development activities to identify new opportunities.
• Negotiate commercial terms and recruitment fees with clients.

Candidate Management

• Source, interview, and assess candidates for various positions.
• Provide career consultation and guidance to candidates.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer negotiation.

Consulting & Market Insights

• Advise clients on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
• Deliver talent mapping and competitor hiring insights.
• Act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Passion for sales, recruitment, and consulting.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and driven to achieve targets.
• Resilient and adaptable with a positive attitude.
• Previous experience in recruitment, sales, business development, customer service, or other client-facing roles is advantageous.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken and written).
