Responsibility:
- Use your background in Chinese Medicine/Healthcare to develop and maintain strong partnerships with healthcare clients, understanding their hiring pain points.
- Identify, interview, and assess high-caliber healthcare professionals for hospitals, clinics, and pharmaceutical firms.
- Match the right talent to the right workplace culture—acting more like a career advisor than a salesperson / HR.
Requirement:
- A recent Bachelor’s degree in Chinese Medicine, Traditional Chinese Medicine, or a closely related healthcare discipline.
- Results-driven, resilient, and eager to build a career in business.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency is highly preferred.
- No recruitment experience required — we hire for attitude and train for skill.
