We are looking for a motivated and energetic Recruitment Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to recruitment, talent sourcing, client engagement, and the FMCG, Luxury & Retail market.

Key Responsibilities

• Support consultants in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and interview scheduling.
• Assist in managing candidate pipelines and updating recruitment systems.
• Prepare candidate profiles, interview summaries, and market mapping reports.
• Post and manage job advertisements across various platforms.
• Conduct market research on FMCG, Luxury and Retail industries, talent trends, and competitor activities.
• Provide administrative and coordination support to consultants and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and recruitment projects.

Requirements

• Undergraduate students from any discipline, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology, Communications, or related fields.
• Available to work at least 2 days per week.(Mon - Fri)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Proactive, positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
