Recruitment Specialist （FMCG focus）
Description
Responsibilities
- Partner with FMCG companies to understand their workforce needs and support their talent acquisition strategies.
- Identify and engage high-potential professionals across functions such as Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Retail Operations.
- Evaluate candidates’ capabilities, motivations, and career aspirations to recommend suitable opportunities.
- Provide consultative advice to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain a strong network within the FMCG market to stay informed of industry trends and talent movements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Passion for the FMCG industry and interest in talent consulting.
- Driven, adaptable, and motivated by achieving goals in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in English and Chinese.
- Prior recruitment experience is not required; comprehensive training will be provided.
