Responsible Officer (Insurance Broker, Expanding!!) #RHK

Description

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the company complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the operations of the insurance business, ensuring compliance and efficiency in business processes.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement the company’s risk management policies and strategies.
  • Conduct market analysis to provide recommendations and support for business development.
  • Monitor and manage the quality of insurance products and service standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain good relationships with insurance companies, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Manage and mentor team members, ensuring their professional development and skill enhancement.
  • Prepare and submit relevant business reports and regulatory documents.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in insurance, finance, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the insurance brokerage industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse individuals.
  • A strong sense of responsibility and excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with the legal regulations and compliance requirements of the insurance industry.
