Assistant Personal Services Manager / Assistant Personal Banking Manager
A leading bank is currently hiring junior branch sales talent for permanent positions across Hong Kong. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who are currently working as Tellers and are looking to move into a branch sales role after obtaining the required licenses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support branch sales activities and provide professional banking service to customers.

• Promote investment, insurance, and MPF products according to customer needs and licensing scope.

• Assist with account opening and branch-based customer relationship management.

• Work closely with branch teams to achieve sales and service goals while maintaining compliance standards.

Requirements:

• Current or prior banking experience as a Teller or other frontline branch role is required.

• Candidates with most of the required licenses [Investment (HKSI 1, 7, 8), Insurance (IIQE 1, 2, 3, 5) ] are also welcome to apply, with the remaining license(s) to be obtained after joining, subject to approval.

• Good customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.

• Candidates without banking experience will not be considered.

Compensation:

• approximately HK$30,000 - HK$50,000 x 12, depending on experience.
