Senior Marketing Officer - CRM

(Focus Customer Relationship Management + Online Digital Marketing & Content)

Company: Fast-growing Healthcare Company

Location: Kwun Tong Office

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm

Salary: HKD 25,000 – 33,000 per month (12 months) depending on experience + Bonus

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full CRM strategy and execution for customer targeting and retention
• Drive online digital marketing campaigns (online channels focus)
• Create and manage content to engage and nurture customers
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through data-driven approaches

Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• 3–4 years or more hands-on experience in CRM / customer-focused marketing
• Experience in healthcare industry or serving healthcare-related customers is highly welcome (but not mandatory – other relevant background considered)
• Strong in digital marketing, online content creation, and customer engagement
