Position: Senior Marketing Officer — Research & Analysis (Insurance)
Salary: HK$28,000–34,000/month + bonus
Location: Office (full‑time, on‑site)

About the role
We are hiring a Senior Marketing Officer to lead market research, generate business insights and support project execution for marketing initiatives. This is a research‑focused role with strong exposure to project development and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities and customer insights
• Analyse data and produce actionable reports, dashboards and recommendations
• Develop opportunities and support project planning, execution and performance tracking
• Collaborate with product, sales and marketing teams to turn insights into campaigns and projects
• Present findings to stakeholders and support decision‑making

Requirements

• University degree (required)
• Proven experience in finance or insurance marketing research / market analysis
• Strong analytical skills and experience with quantitative/qualitative research methods
• Proficient in Excel; experience with data visualisation tools or statistical software is a plus
• Good communication and presentation skills; team player with project management ability
