(Senior) Personal Financial Consultant
Description
Job Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive financial advisory services to retail clients, including investment and insurance solutions
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable financial products
- Develop new business opportunities and generate referrals across banking segments
- Ensure all activities comply with regulatory and internal policy requirements
- Deliver high-quality customer service and maintain long-term client relationships
Requirements
- Degree holder preferred, or HKDSE/HKCEE with relevant qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in banking / financial services
- HKSI and/or IIQE qualifications required (or willing to obtain during probation)
- Sales-driven with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- ECF (Retail Wealth Management) qualification is an advantage
- More experience will be considered for Senior level
