Senior Wealth Services Officer
Description
Job Responsibilities
- Handle investment transactions via phone across products such as funds, bonds, ELI, and structured products
- Achieve individual KPIs and support team sales targets
- Ensure all transactions are processed in compliance with internal procedures
- Conduct cross-selling activities and provide support to service hotlines
- Perform outbound calls for sales, marketing, and customer service initiatives
Requirements
- Degree holder with min. 2 years’ experience in retail investment products (sales/service)
- HKSI Papers 1, 7 & 8 required
- Good command of English & Chinese (spoken & written)
- Fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
