Position: Service Centre Customer Advisor (Life Insurance) — Ideal for Agents Seeking a Career Change
Salary: HK$19,000–23,000/month (typical HK$22,000)
Location: Kowloon — Service center (Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:50)
Employment: Full‑time, on‑site. Weekends and public holidays off.

About the role

• Meet customers who have booked appointments at the Service Center to learn about life insurance products.
• Explain product features, application procedures and required documentation.
• Provide high-quality face-to-face customer service (no outbound cold-calling).

Requirements

• IIQE Paper 1 & 3 licensed (must hold; no pending exams)
• Prefer candidates with ≥3 years stable experience as an insurance agent or customer-facing role
• Higher Diploma / Degree preferred (secondary school graduates will also be considered)
• New graduates who worked part-time as agents during studies are welcome
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; customer-service oriented
