SME Account Acquisition (Relationship Officer)

Salary: HK$20,000 – $30,000+ Base (OTE: $30,000 – $50,000+ including quarterly incentives)

The Role

Join a leading bank to drive growth in the SME sector. You will focus on acquiring new corporate clients and providing a comprehensive suite of banking solutions to help small and medium enterprises thrive.

Key Responsibilities

• Account Acquisition: Open SME/Corporate accounts, including CASA, SME Loans, and payroll services.

• Business Development: Actively source new business through office-based telemarketing and networking.

• Outreach: Participate in industry events and outreach activities to build a strong professional network.

• Product Cross-selling: Promote various banking products including commercial lending, deposits, and corporate credit cards.

Requirements

• Experience: Proven track record in Commercial or SME lending/banking.

• Product Knowledge: Familiarity with corporate account opening procedures, deposit products, and credit card/payroll services.

• Licensing: IIQE 1, 2, 3 holders are highly preferred.

• Skills: Proactive, result-oriented, and comfortable with both phone-based and face-to-face sales.
