Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Project Management: Partner with cross-functional business units to drive, track, and evaluate the execution of key corporate initiatives, ensuring alignment with the bank’s overarching long-term objectives.
• Corporate Reporting & Analysis: Prepare high-level business review reports, strategic planning blueprints, and performance evaluation metrics for senior management's review.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory changes to provide actionable insights for business positioning and growth.
• Performance Tracking: Act as a central coordinator to monitor the implementation progress of various departmental milestones and identify potential operational bottlenecks.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related discipline.
• Experience:
  • For Specialist/Manager: Minimum 3 years of experience within the banking sector.
  • For Senior Manager/Senior Specialist: 8+ years of relevant banking experience.
  • Candidates with solid exposure to Commercial Banking / Corporate Banking or frontline business functions are highly preferred.
• Skills: Proven track record in project management, corporate planning, or business analysis with a strategic mindset.
• Competencies: Strong analytical power, independent problem-solving skills, and excellent interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Languages: Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including fluency in Putonghua).
