Location: Kwun Tong
Salary: HK$18,000 – HK$20,000 x 13 Months
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

Job Responsibilities

• Handle full set of shipping and logistics documentation
• Prepare import/export documents, L/C and banking-related documents
• Coordinate shipment arrangements and follow up on delivery schedules
• Liaise with freight forwarders, suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Support daily supply chain and logistics operations
• Maintain accurate shipment records and documentation
• Assist in ad hoc logistics and administrative tasks

Requirements

• Diploma or above
• Minimum 3 years of shipping, logistics or import/export experience
• Experience handling shipping documents, I/E documentation, L/C and banking documents is required
• Good command of spoken and written English (需與外籍上司及海外供應商溝通)
• Familiar with logistics operations and shipping procedures
• Responsible, detail-minded and organized
• Immediate available candidates will be an advantage
