Telemarketing Executive – Medical Insurance

Location: Kowloon Bay
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm
Salary: Basic Salary + Commission

Job Responsibilities

• Promote and introduce medical insurance products to customers （推廣及介紹醫療保險產品）
• Conduct outbound calls to existing and potential customers （透過電話聯絡客戶，主要以 Warm Call 為主）
• Understand customers' protection needs and recommend suitable solutions （了解客戶保障需要並提供合適建議）
• Build and maintain customer relationships （建立及維持良好客戶關係）
• Achieve sales targets and business objectives （達成個人銷售目標）

Requirements

• Experience in telesales, telemarketing, insurance or banking sales preferred （具電話銷售、保險或銀行銷售經驗者優先）
• Candidates from Bank Telesales, Insurance Agent or Customer Service Sales backgrounds are welcome （歡迎銀行電話銷售、保險顧問或相關背景人士申請）
• IIQE Paper 1 & 2 holders preferred （持有 IIQE 1及2卷優先考慮）
• Good communication and presentation skills （良好溝通及表達能力）
• Target-driven and self-motivated （積極主動，有目標感）
• Good command of Cantonese; English and Mandarin are advantages
