Telemarketing Sales (Insurance) – Retail Banking

Location: Hong Kong Office

Salary: HK$16,000 – $18,000 Base + Incentive (OTE: $20,000 – $40,000+)

Working Hours: Regular Office Hours (No Shift Work!)

The Role

Join a leading retail bank in a permanent role focused on promoting insurance products. You will be responsible for reaching out to existing customers to provide professional advice and sell General Insurance (GI) products.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to bank customers to promote General Insurance products.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.

• Maintain high-quality service standards and ensure compliance with banking regulations.

Requirements

• Licensing: Must possess IIQE Paper 1 & 2 (Mandatory).

• Experience:

  • Experience in Bank/Insurance Call Centres or as a Branch Teller is highly preferred.

  • Insurance Agents with a proven track record of cold-calling/telemarketing will also be considered.

• Skills: Strong communication skills in Cantonese and a result-driven mindset.
