Telesales Officer / Senior Associate (Banking / Insurance / IT)
Salary: HK$16,000–$30,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent (Multiple Openings
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Match client needs with appropriate financial or corporate solutions.
- Manage applications and follow up on sales pipelines.
- Meet individual monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- Experience in Telecom, Insurance, IT, lending, or bank call centres.
- Strong communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Target-driven, resilient, and highly motivated.
- Fluent Cantonese; English or Mandarin is an advantage.
- For insurance/ bank team, IIQE holder is an advantage.
